Airport: Passengers will be met at the baggage carousel unless otherwise specified by the booker, In the event that the Passenger does not see their chauffeur, please call 1-800-488-5466 and we will assist immediately to coordinate the pickup.

Seaport Pick-Ups: Passengers please call 1-800-488-5466 when you clear customs and we will assist immediately to coordinate the pickup, the vehicle will be in designated holding areas assigned by the Seaport.

Wait time: Wait time may be incurred if no passenger contact is made within the standard grace period, but can only be pre-authorized by the booker. If the passenger is met and decides to have their chauffeur wait for whatever reason (providing they have the authority) they are also able to authorize wait time, but the booker must be informed immediately. Built in grace periods are included in the rate provided to the customer and are as follows. Airport Domestic flights: 30 minutes Airport International, Seaport and FBOs: 60 minutes Hotel/Landmarks/Local Address: 15 minutes.

Additional Stops on Point to Point Services: Any stops within a 10 mile radius from the planned trip route will incur the following additional charge: $20 for a sedan, $25 for an SUV, $30 Limousine or Van, and $40 for a Mini-bus, Party Bus, Motor Coach and Stretch SUV. The stop fee is based on up to 30 minutes of stop time. Any stops beyond a 10 mile radius from the planned trip route will incur the following additional charge: $45 for a sedan, $55 for an SUV, $60 Limousine or Van, and $70 for a Mini-bus, Party Buss, Motor Coach and Stretch SUV. The stop fee is based on up to 30 minutes of stop time.

Holiday Rates: Rates will be 30% higher for New Years Eve, Christmas Day, and Thanksgiving Day.

No Show Policy: All vehicles will be billed at a local transfer rate plus gratuity, STC charge and applicable parking.

Cancellation Policy with no charges incurred: Sedans, SUVs, Vans: 2 hours prior to scheduled pickup. Limos, Mini Buses: 7 hours prior to scheduled pickup time. All other Vehicle types: 12 hours prior to scheduled pick-up time.

Other Charges: Vehicle Clean Up/Damage fee (excessive cleaning required or passenger sick in car). Standard for all vehicles is $100 charge for cleaning vehicle and charge for duration of time the vehicle is out of service. The customer must be notified if the cleaning/damage charges will be more than the standard $100 and furnished with the actual receipt for the additional fee.

The prices above are estimates only and do not include parking and tolls. Final charges for the trip are determined upon ride completion.
